JobzMall helps you track all your applicants and sort them out based on different criteria. You can quickly review a candidate’s application, watch their video cover letter, and leave comments for your colleagues to make a collaborative decision. 

You can also view these applicants by clicking on the "View Applicants" (left hand side)

Once you have viewed these applicants thier status will change to "Viewed" from "Applied". This will help you discuss each applicant with your team members to make the right hiring decision. 

You will also know when the candidate has applied for the job by looking at the date. 

You can seamlessly export a candidate resume, should you want to move forward with the candidate or you can Reject the Applicant.
