Not a Formal Application: Joining a Talent Network is not a formal job application. Instead, your profile becomes visible within the organization’s Talent Network on JobzMall to express your interest.
Stay Visible for Future Opportunities: Organizations may review Talent Network profiles when considering current or future opportunities.
Easy to Use: Simply visit an organization’s page on JobzMall and click “Join Talent Network.”
