Connecting your JobzMall account with Deel is a simple process that will allow you to easily hire talent you've sourced on JobzMall while utilizing Deel's payroll services. Here are the steps to get started:

Step 1: Create an employer account on JobzMall
The first step to connecting your JobzMall account with Deel is to create an employer account on JobzMall. If you don't already have an employer account, you can sign up for free by either opening a store or posting a job. Once your company has been verified, you will be able to browse and search for talent, view their profiles and video resumes, and request to connect with candidates that you are interested in hiring. In addition, all jobs you post will be visible after verification as well.

Step 2: Create an Account on Deel
If you haven't already done so, you will need to create an account on Deel in order to use their payroll services. You can sign up for an account on the Deel website, and then create a company profile.

Step 3: Connect JobzMall and Deel Accounts
To connect your JobzMall account with Deel, you will need to log in to your JobzMall account and navigate to your company settings. From there, navigate to "Integrations". You should see an option to connect with Deel. Click on this option, and you will be prompted to log in to your Deel account and authorize the connection between JobzMall and Deel.

Step 5: Onboard a Candidate
Once your JobzMall and Deel accounts are connected, you can begin hiring talent. To create a contract hire, navigate to the candidate's detail page on your company dashboard. Once the candidate has been interviewed and is the in the interview stage, you can click the "More" dropdown under their status. From there, click "Onboard with Deel". You will presented with the Deel onboarding dialog where you will be prompted to enter the details of the contract or Employer of Record hire record, including the start and end dates, the hourly rate or salary, and any other relevant information. Once you have entered all of the necessary information, you can submit the contract for the candidate to review and accept through Deel.
