JobzAI Pass, credits, and refunds
A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes 50 Auto Apply credits. Credits never expire.
JobzMall is free for job seekers. JobzAI is optional. A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not renew itself. A 30-day pass is $59. A 60-day pass is $79. Each includes 50 Auto Apply credits and 3 mock interviews, plus unlimited resume editing and JobzAI Chat. Checkout shows the pass, the price, and the allowance. Credits
Credits are separate from the allowance included with a pass. They never expire. On the pricing page, a credit is about $1. After the 50 Auto Apply credits included with the pass are used, another application costs 1–2 credits. The pricing page describes that range as depending on the application, and the cost is shown before you confirm. A mock interview costs 5 credits once the 3 interviews included with the pass are used.
A mock interview still requires an active pass. Credits do not start one on their own. A pass you already own keeps the allowance it was sold with.
Refunds
A pass or a credit pack can be refunded within 24 hours of the purchase if it has not been used. Once the pass or any of the credits have been used, that purchase is no longer eligible. Ask from Help & Support inside that window. Outside it, support can still look at a request one by one.
