We understand that circumstances change and mistakes happen. That's why JobzMall offers flexibility in managing your job applications, resumes, and cover letters. Here's everything you need to know about modifying your application and managing multiple resumes.

The 12-Hour Grace Period

After submitting an application, you have a 12-hour window to make changes. This includes updating your resume, cover letter, or other application details.

How to Modify Your Application Within 12 Hours:

  1. Sign in to your JobzMall account

  2. Navigate to the 'Applications' section of the jobs page.

  3. Find the application you want to modify

  4. Click on the 'Attachments' tab on the application details page

  5. Update your resume or cover letter by uploading a new file

  6. Confirm and save your changes

Managing Multiple Resumes

JobzMall allows you to have up to 15 different resumes on your profile. This feature enables you to tailor your applications for different roles or industries.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you delete a resume that is attached to an application, it will remove it for that application. If this happens outside of the 12-hour grace period, please contact us.

How to Manage Your Resumes:

  1. Go to the "My Resumes" page

  2. Here, you can:

    • Upload new resumes (up to 15)
