At JobzMall, we prioritize the legitimacy of job listings through a structured process:

  • Organization Verification: We verify employers when they join our platform using:

    • Email verification

    • Mobile verification

    • Document checks and onboarding steps

  • Listing Approval: Listings from verified employers are automatically approved.

  • Ongoing Monitoring: We monitor listings for suspicious activity.

  • User Reporting: We encourage users to report listings that seem incorrect or outdated.

  • Prompt Action: Our team investigates reports and removes listings that violate our policies.

We verify employers at signup, but some listings may come from third-party sources. This process supports legitimate opportunities but does not guarantee every listing’s accuracy. We rely on your reports to help maintain platform quality.

Note: We remove application data from employer view after 60 to 120 days of inactivity and delete user data after prolonged inactivity to protect your privacy.
