Understanding application skill selection and profile limits

If you're unable to select skills on a JobzMall application form, here's what you need to know:

  1. Employer-set suggestions: The skills and qualifications on application forms are suggestions set by the employer for that specific job. They are not required fields.

  2. Automatic profile update: When you click on these skills, they are still added to your profile, even if they don't appear selected on the form.

  3. Profile skill limit: Your profile has a maximum limit of 50 skills. If you've reached this limit, you won't be able to add more skills, and they may appear unclickable.

  4. Global profile information: JobzMall ensures that information added to your profile is global across all applications. This means you don't need to fill out the same information repeatedly for different job applications.
