Sign in and reset your password
Sign in at the app. If the password is gone, reset it from the sign-in screen rather than creating a new account.
Sign in at app.jobzmall.com/login with the email on the account and your password.
If you do not remember the password, use the reset option on that screen. The reset message goes to the email on the account. Check spam before you request it again.
- Use the original email. A new account will not recover applications or a video resume already on the first one.
- If the reset message never arrives, confirm the email was verified. See Verify your email.
- If the account itself was suspended, a password reset will not reopen it. See Report a problem.
