How to change your password?

Quick steps to update your password from your account settings

If you're already logged into your JobzMall account and want to change your password, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account settings:

    • Look for a profile icon or your name, typically located in the top right corner of the page.

    • Click on this to reveal a dropdown menu.

    • Select "Settings" or "Account Settings" from the menu.

  2. Navigate to Privacy and Security:

    • In your account settings, find and click on the "Privacy and Security" section.

    • This section handles all your account's security-related settings.

  3. Locate the Change Password section:

    • Within the Privacy and Security page, look for the "Change Password" section.

  4. Initiate the password change:

    • In the Change Password section, you'll see a "Send Email" button.

    • Click this button to start the password change process.

  5. Check your email:

    • JobzMall will send a password change link to your registered email address.

    • Open your email inbox and look for a message from JobzMall.

    • If you don't see it immediately, check your spam or junk folder.

  6. Follow the email link:

    • Click on the link provided in the email.

    • This will take you to a secure page where you can set your new password.

  7. Set your new password:

    • Choose a strong, unique password for your account.

    • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

    • Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or common words.

  8. Save your new password:

    • After entering and confirming your new password, click the "Save" or "Reset Password" button.

  9. Log in with your new password:

    • Once saved, you may be asked to log in again with your new password.

Remember, changing your password regularly is a good security practice. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, change your password immediately and contact JobzMall support.

For additional security, check if there's an option to enable two-factor authentication in your Privacy and Security settings.
