As an employer, posting a job on JobzMall is the one of the many important catalysts in attracting talent to your store. Getting started is very simple. Let's go through it together.
If you already have store on JobzMall, you can jump to the section How to post a Job you already have a store.
If you are new to JobzMall, and have not opened a store yet, read on.
How to post a Job if you do not have a store.
Quick Steps:
First, go to the Job Studio by clicking here - this will help you create your store and post your job.
Select your organization type, fill in your store information, and then click Create Store.
After your store is created, you will begin to fill out your job information.
Follow the stepper and fill in all required fields on each step.
Because this is your first time posting a job and we don't have a default payment method, you will redirected to our checkout funnel to finish.

How to post a Job you already have a store
Quick Steps:
Go to your employer dashboard by opening your side drawer (see Navigating JobzMall - Side Drawer) and clicking on your store in the Manage Stores section.
Navigate to your Jobs tab on the left-hand menu bar
Click Add Job at the top right of the jobs page
Finish all the steps on the Job Studio and then click Post Job.
If you do not have free jobs on your subscription and don't have a default payment method, you will redirected to our checkout funnel to finish.

First, let's get to your employer dashboard by opening your side drawer:
Now go ahead and click on your store in the Manage Stores section of the side drawer:
Next, navigate to your Jobs page by click the Jobs tab in the left-hand side menu:
This will show you your Jobs page. From here you will click Add Job at the top right of this page:
This will then show the Job Studio. Let's continue now in the section here called The Job Studio
How to Use Job Studio
No matter where you are posting a job on JobzMall, you will always be using the Job Studio! Our Job Studio has been developed for ease of use and consistency across our platform. Let's go step by step in creating your job!
Step 1: About your Job opening
Here, we handle just some basic introductory information. Let's go over the fields here:
Job Title - This one is self explanatory. Just enter the title of the job posting. We have an autocomplete to help you with common job names as well! But the autocomplete is not necessary to complete this field.
Employment Type - Is this job Full-Time, Part-Time, or maybe an Internship? Go ahead and select from the dropdown
Seniority Level - Do you expect the candidate to be in a senior-level position or something else? Go ahead and select from the dropdown.
Minimum Education - This is the minimum education required for this position. Go ahead and select from the dropdown
Reference Number - This is an optional field. If you have an internal reference number for the position, you can record it here for better bookkeeping.
Location - This is the location of the job. You can put an address or city, or if this job is remote, you can check the Remote toggle switch next this field to mark this job as remote. Note: if this job is not remote, you must select a location from the dropdown so we can verify it is a real location.
Job Functions - Categorization of this job (e.g. Administrative, Sales, Marketing)
Once you have filled these out, click Next.
Step 2: Recording Studio & Video Job Ads
The recording studio is a way for you to add a personal touch to your job post. If you are familiar with Video Resumes, think of this as that, but for your job!
Quick Steps:
Click Enter Studio
Allow access to your camera and microphone;
Start answering the questions by clicking Record Now.
When you are done answer your questions, click Next.
Step 3: Qualifications
Here, we handle the targeted qualifications and details about this position. Lets go over the fields:
Description - This is meat of your job. Remember however, you don't need to write a book - we handle a lot of the auxiliary information outside of the description. This should get to the point and really drive home the responsibilities of this job. Note: This field does not support HTML, but uses markdown. You can read more about how markdown works here. Remember, you can always use the controls above this field to format your description!
Skills - In this field, go ahead list all of the skills needs for the job. There will be an autocomplete dropdown as you type to help you out as well. If your skill was not in the autocomplete, no worries! You don't need to use the autocomplete to finish this field, instead, you can just hit Enter on your keyboard after each skill you want to input.
Soft skills - In this field, you will enter the soft skills you are looking for in a candidate. Soft skills are personality traits or work ethic traits you hope for in a candidate. There will be an autocomplete dropdown as you type to help you out as well. If your soft skill was not in the autocomplete, no worries! You don't need to use the autocomplete to finish this field, instead, you can just hit Enter on your keyboard after each soft skill you want to input.
Qualifications - Hit Enter on your keyboard after each qualification you want to input.
Compensation - This is how the candidate will be compensated for the position. You can select a flat rate or salary, range, N/A or DOE.
Required Languages - Select languages from the dropdown
External Link - Here you can add an external link to your own ATS system. However, if you fill this in, you will lose the ability to have video applications & targeted applications through JobzMall.
After you are done, just simply click Post Job. If you do not have free jobs on your subscription and don't have a default payment method, you will redirected to our checkout funnel to finish up!
