What is a Video Resume?

A JobzMall Video Resume is a revolutionary video-based form of expression for you as an individual and candidate. Essentially, we ask targeted questions that your peers and employers are interested in hearing. However, the magic is in your response. Because potential employers and peers get to see and interact with you via video, people get to see who you are and what is important to you from the get-go.

What kind of questions will I be answering?

After introducing yourself, your background, and your goals, we ask expert-curated questions that will not only help increase your chances of being heard and seen by potential employers, but ones that will also help highlight yourself as a peer in the new workforce. Some examples: When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do? or What advice would you give to your younger self?

As you may see from those examples, some of our questions even help you grow as an individual. Here at JobzMall, we are all about stimulating personal growth and achievement. With that in mind, let's dive in!
