Post a job
Post from the hiring product, or bring roles over from your career site. Close a role when you stop hiring.
Post a role from hire.jobzmall.com/post-job. You need an employer account on a store. If the organization is not on JobzMall yet, open a store first.
What a useful post includes
- The role, in the words a candidate would search for.
- Where the work happens, including whether it is remote.
- The work itself — what the person will do in the first months.
- How to apply, and whether you want video.
Candidates on JobzMall often reply on camera. Describe the work in the first months so they have something specific to respond to.
A career site you already have
From the store's jobs, you can import roles from your career site. Those listings stay tied to that site. Applications for them are handled on your site or applicant system, not as a JobzMall Direct Apply. A role you write on JobzMall is a marketplace post. The difference is the source label candidates read. See What the source label means.
Edit and close
Open the job in the hiring dashboard to edit it. The status on the job can be Published, Paused, or Closed. Close it when you are no longer hiring. A Live Job synced from a career page also changes when the source changes.
Applicants collect on a role posted on JobzMall. Manage applicants is the next guide. What you pay is on Plans and pricing.
