When will I hear back about my applications?
Applications on your account shows the stage. Interview, Offer, and Hired mean the employer moved it.
The application stays on the account you used. Open Applications to see it and the stage: Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, or Hired. See Apply for a job for how it was sent.
Interview, Offer, and Hired mean the employer moved the application. Applied, with nothing after it, means it is on file. That is not a reply, and it is not a rejection. Screening can also appear on its own after five days while the application is still Applied. That automatic Screening stage is not proof an employer opened it.
Whether someone replies, and when, is the employer's decision. JobzMall does not set a reply time, and it does not guarantee an interview or a job.
If you sent the wrong file
You have 12 hours after you apply to replace the resume or cover letter on that application. Open the application, then Attachments. After 12 hours, withdraw and apply again if the job is still open. A withdraw cannot be undone. If the employer has already rejected the application, you cannot apply to that same job again.
