Apply for a job
Apply on JobzMall, or continue on the employer's site. On JobzMall you can replace the resume for 12 hours.
Open the job and use its apply action. Signed in, you send the profile, files, and video from your account. If the account email is not verified yet, finish verification first.
Where the application goes
Direct Apply stays on JobzMall. The employer receives the profile, the resume and cover letter you attached, and your contact information. Video Apply is the recording on that application — a video cover letter, and a video resume if you already have one. A video resume is reused. A video cover letter is for that job.
Some listings, including Live Jobs synced from a career page, send you to the employer's own site or applicant system. The posting should say where the application goes. That field is part of the Job Posting Nutrition Label.
The first 12 hours
For 12 hours after you apply on JobzMall, you can replace the resume or cover letter on that application. Open Applications, then the application, then Attachments. After 12 hours those files stay as you sent them.
Withdraw, then apply again
Open the application and choose Withdraw if you want to take it back. On JobzMall, the employer loses that application. If the job is still open, you can apply again. That new application is separate from the one you withdrew. A withdraw cannot be undone.
A rejected application is different. You cannot apply to that same job again. See When will I hear back? for the stages on the application.
You can also join an organization's Talent Network when there is no open role that fits. That expresses interest in the organization. It is not an application to a specific job.
