Privacy and your data

Employers see what you send when you apply. Withdrawing ends that access on JobzMall.

The legal description of what JobzMall collects and why is the Privacy Policy. This article is the practical version.

  • A new profile is private. An employer sees it when you apply, not when you only browse. See How do I make my profile private?.
  • When you apply, the employer can see your work history, the resume and cover letter you shared, and your contact information.
  • Email, phone number, and resume stay limited to organizations you apply to, even if the profile is public.
  • Withdraw the application and that access ends on JobzMall. Access also ends if the employer closes the job. Closing your account does not pull a copy out of records they already received.

JobzMall does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures can count as a sale or a share under state privacy law, and eligible people can opt out in privacy controls. Resumes and applications are not used to train public AI models. To access, correct, or delete personal data, use Danger Zone or email [email protected]. Security reports go to [email protected]. Trust documentation requests go to [email protected].

The trust program itself lives on the Trust Center.
