Record a video cover letter

A video cover letter connects your introduction to one job: why this role, and why now. A video resume introduces you in general and can travel with more than one application.

Read the posting before you record. Speak to the work they described, and one relevant thing you have done. A recording aimed at that role gives the viewer more than a second general introduction.
