Signup messages, video recording, file uploads, and browsers.
- Signup email or phoneA code goes to the email or number on the form. These are the usual reasons it does not arrive.
- Video recordingIf the camera never starts, the browser is usually blocking it. Allow the camera and the microphone, then retry.
- File uploadsA resume must be a DOC, DOCX, or PDF. A profile photo is an image, set from the profile.
- Supported browsersUse a current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Video recording is the feature that notices an old browser first.
