File uploads

A resume upload accepts DOC, DOCX, and PDF. Export one of those from the editor you wrote it in. A file that is still open, a scan made of photos, or a different format is a frequent reason the upload stops.

• Use DOC, DOCX, or PDF for the resume.
• For a profile photo, open your profile, hover the image, and use the camera icon. The file needs to be an image.
• If an upload fails, retry once.

If a DOC, DOCX, or PDF is still rejected, write to [email protected] with the file type and the error message you see. Do not attach identity documents. We can look at the rejection from there.
