Your profile

Your profile is the professional presence employers see with an application: experience, a resume, and video.

Your profile is the professional presence on the account: your name, the experience you list, a resume, and any video you have recorded. Applications draw from it. Employers see it when you apply.

  • Use the name you want an employer to see.
  • Add the work you have done.
  • Upload a resume in a common format. See File uploads if the file is rejected.

A new profile is private. An employer sees it when you apply to their job. Browsing a job does not send it. Private, Employers-Only, and Public are explained in How do I make my profile private?.
